As DEI Programs and Partnerships Manager at Criteo, Nancy Siba has made it her mission to create a culture of belonging for everyone. She believes diversity is all about empowering people by respecting and appreciating what makes them different.
After more than 3 years of working experience in digital advertising, I decided to make a new start and join Criteo as Talent Acquisition Coordinator where I quickly moved to a Talent Operations Specialist role. I am proud of my atypical career path. It allowed me to meet so many different people in different places, learn from their experiences and grow personally as much as professionally. And today it helps me get a better understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
