What is it? Head to Santa Monica for Photo L.A.’s annual fair, where dealers from across the globe exhibit new and vintage works, as well as video and multimedia installations.

What is it? An eco-party with DJs picked by Brainchild Festival, planet-saving piñatas, video art, and raffles.

Sydney – Lunar Lanterns
What is it? Illuminated zodiac lanterns displayed all across Sydney’s iconic Circular Quay. Each one has been designed by an Asian-Australian artist, measures up to 13 metres in height and is best seen after dusk when lit up in full, vibrant colour.

New York – SPHERES VR Experience
What is it? A unique virtual reality experience created by Eliza McNitt. SPHERES has a pretty prestigious festival resume—Sundance, Tribeca, SXSW—as well as a star-studded lineup of voice talent—Jessica Chastain, Patti Smith, Millie Bobby Brown.

Singapore – River Hongbao
What is it? This iconic Chinese New Year event returns for a week of dazzling lantern displays, spectacular fireworks, interesting exhibitions as well as plenty of song and dance.
