Winston Taylor (UKIME) had plenty to celebrate at this year's Employee Network Awards, after being shortlisted in 5 of the 15 categories. That is no mean feat in a field of some of the UK's most active and forward-thinking employee networks, and it recognises the work Winston Taylor's committees and network members put in all year.
The firm's finalists spanned the breadth of its inclusion work:
· Family Matters: Outstanding Family Network 2026
· equaliTW: Outstanding LGBTQIA+ Network 2026
· Black Heritage Network: Outstanding Ethnicity Network 2026
· Menopause: Best Network Initiative 2026
· Robin Panrucker: Network Inspirational Role Model 2026
The highlight of the night came when Family Matters was named Winner of Outstanding Family Network 2026. The judges recognised the network's work supporting parents, carers and families across the firm.

Reaching the final in five categories shows how deeply inclusion runs through Winston Taylor's culture. It isn't driven by one network alone. Across LGBTQIA+ inclusion, ethnicity, family, menopause support and individual role models, colleagues are giving their time and energy to make the workplace better for everyone.
Congratulations to everyone involved: the committee members, network volunteers, executive sponsors and allies whose commitment made this recognition possible. Congratulations as well to all the evening's winners and highly commended networks, including Unity at Close Brothers (Outstanding LGBTQIA Network, sponsored by myGwork), Phil Whaite of A&O Shearman (Network Inspirational Role Model), and Ability@SGN, which took both Outstanding Ability Network and Network of Networks.
Here's to building on this momentum in 2027.
