Wise's ongoing commitment to enhancing gender diversity

In its latest update, Wise reaffirms its dedication to fostering gender diversity within the company. As of December 2024, women constitute 52% of the overall workforce, with 46% holding managerial positions. Notably, representation at the Director level and above has risen to 31.62%, reflecting a 1.5 percentage point increase year-over-year. The company has also achieved 30% female representation on its Executive Committee and 50% on its Executive Board, marking a 6 percentage point improvement from the previous year. These advancements underscore Wise's commitment to its aspirational goal of 40% women in senior leadership by the end of 2025.
