WorkFair 2022 Party at the Shard, London!

Community is at the heart of creating change, and last month we were delighted to see our community come together to inspire and learn from one another. With the help of our partners, myGwork’s #WorkingWithPride campaign was a success in supporting LGBTQ+ talent – bringing together LGBTQ+ leaders, professionals, and change-makers.

Together, we celebrated our growing network and another step towards equality within the business. Our recent research showed that nine out of ten young LGBTQ+ people would show up authentically as their true selves if they felt their employer supported them, and we are dedicated to making this possible across the world.
