Registered attendees who fulfill the entry rules outlined below will automatically be entered into a daily prize draw. Other coveted prizes offered throughout WorkPride include the opportunity to win a cruise of a lifetime and Eastpak backpacks every day during WorkPride. To be eligible and automatically be entered into the daily draw to win WorkPride’s selection of coveted prizes, entrants simply need to sign up and attend WorkPride 2022, as well as do the following:

1. Create a profile on www.mygwork.com

2. Register to attend WorkPride 2022 – the more sessions you attend, the greater the chances of winning, i.e. 2 sessions attended in each daily draw = 2 chances to win that day.

Competition Rules 

1. Eligibility 

Users are only eligible for this competition if they meet the criteria specified above. myGwork employees are not eligible to enter this competition.  

2. Prize Draw 

The winner will be drawn at random from the eligible entries at the end of each day of WorkPride with one prize awarded each day. Winners will be contacted to claim their prize. A user may not win more than once during the course of WorkPride.  

3. Entries 

Entries are valid for one day only, but users are able to enter every day if they choose to. Users are eligible to enter once per session, for every session of the day. Any fraudulent entries or attempts to circumvent the rules will lead to disqualification of that user’s entries.  

4. Prizes 

The winner will receive one (1) ticket to a Sea Terrace cabin on either Scarlet Lady (sailing from Miami) or (Valiant Lady sailing from Barcelona) throughout 2022 only and cannot be used in 2023; where dining, accommodation, entertainment and group fitness classes are all included in the package (except for alcohol, spa, retail or casino purchases).  

5. Claiming Your Prize 

If you have won, myGwork will contact you to notify you of your prize. You will be considered to have won if you claim your prize within one week of receiving notice that you have been selected. myGwork and Virgin Voyages are not liable for failure to receive notification of winning under any circumstances. In the event that a prize isn’t claimed or a winner is disqualified, myGwork will draw at random another winner from the eligible entries.  

6. Sponsorship 

This competition is run in partnership between myGwork and Virgin Voyage, who will be promoting the competition via our social media and during WorkPride from the 20th-24th of June.  

7. Agreement to Rules 

By entering this competition you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions made by myGwork and Virgin Voyages, who retain sole rights to withdraw, refuse, or disqualify entries at discretion. All decisions are final and binding. 

8. Odds 

Odds of winning are dependent on the number of total eligible entries per day.  

9. Rights 

myGwork and Virgin Voyages reserve the right to republish and share the name of winners selected from the draw as well as their entries. 

10. Terms and Conditions 

myGwork and Virgin Voyages reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these rules in the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond either myGwork or Virgin Voyage’s control. myGwork and Virgin Voyages reserve the rights to disqualify anyone in violation of the terms.  

11. Disputes 

Any disputes arising under these rules shall be resolved between the two parties in accordance with the terms laid out in these rules.  

12. Privacy Agreement 

All entry data will be processed in accordance with GDPR rules. 

13. Acceptance and Agreement to Rules 

By entering this competition, or attempting to enter, the entrant is considered to have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all rules stated herein and is bound by them.
