Zoe Saldaña says her first kiss was with a girl

In an interview with W magazine, Zoe Saldaña shared that her first kiss was with a girl and expressed her opinion that “girls are such better kissers.”

The Emilia Pérez actress mentioned, “I think I must have been like 13, 14.” She described herself as the type of girl who suggested playing house, which often led to her not being invited to others’ homes, according to ‘LGBTQ Nation’.

She continued, “So, by the time I was 13, 14, I had already kissed quite a few girls. My first kiss in an official relationship happened when I was almost 15.”

Saldaña also reminisced about her childhood celebrity crushes such as Prince and Annie Lennox, noting their appealing androgyny by saying, “I love a woman that's masculine and a man that is feminine. I find that to be really sexy.”

Saldaña has been married to Marco Perego for more than ten years. In 2013, she told Hollyscoop, “As of today, I've been attracted to the male species, but if one day I wake up and want to be with a woman, I will do that because it is my life, therefore it is my decision.”

These comments were part of a response to an earlier interview with Allure, where she mentioned she might “end up with a woman raising my children... that's how androgynous I am.”

In that discussion, when asked if she had been in a relationship with a woman, she replied, “Promise me one thing: You're going to ask this question [in the article]—if you choose to, just put three dots as my response. That's it.”
