How would your work environment be better if we all understood our role in supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people? Please join NGPA for our 2018 Diversity and Inclusion Summit, where we will grapple with this question and more.

This year’s Summit offers a space for participants from various facets of the aviation industry to integrate LGBT inclusive practices and strategies into the work they already do. Our learning community will support participants to challenge and transform themselves to be more confident while working with an LGBT lens in the workplace. If you want to move from just feeling supportive to actively being supportive, then the 2018 Summit is for you.
