In this interactive session, award-winning Equity and Wellbeing Educator, Laïla El-Métoui, is here to show you how to make a difference. From powerful activism to being an effective ally and advocate, Laïla will walk you through the steps to drive meaningful change.

Whether you're passionate about social justice, climate action, or any cause that matters to you, this session will give you the tools, the confidence, and the inspiration to get started.

Participants will:

• Gain a better understanding the difference between allyship, advocacy and activism,
• Gain an overview of what can be done as an individual to influence change about the issues you care about the most.
