InterEngineering North West partners with Arup and Rolls-Royce for an evening discussion on how you can be an ally in the workplace and help the drive for inclusion. The evening will be an opportunity for straight and LGBT+ staff to share their experiences and to discuss best practice in supporting LGBT+ colleagues.

Warrick is a champion of diverse and inclusive workplaces as a result of his own personal experiences and through seeing first-hand the work of key Rolls-Royce customers such as Delta Airlines. He will talk about his experience as an ally and what motivates him to support LGBT+ equality.

Alex is an active member of Arup’s LGBT+ staff network and has a breadth of experience working for Arup in the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong. In parallel with his day job, his passion for inclusive working has led him to champion LGBT+ inclusion globally within the firm. He will share his experiences of working for Arup and explain why allies are an essential part of the inclusive workplace.
