An Introduction to Worthiness: A Workshop for Gay Men

Explore how perfectionism, people-pleasing, and performance shape your sense of worth; and how to begin letting them go.

You don’t have to earn your worth - even if you’ve spent years trying to.
This 60-minute workshop is a gentle but powerful introduction for gay men who feel stuck in perfectionism, performance, or people-pleasing. If you’ve ever felt like you have to constantly prove yourself - at work, in relationships, or just in the world - you’re not alone.

Together, we’ll explore the roots of that pressure and why it shows up so often in LGBTQ+ lives. You’ll complete a short self-assessment to reveal your worthiness pattern/s (there may be more than one), and leave with personalised insights and tips to begin unlearning them.

What we’ll cover:
Why so many of us feel we need to perform to be accepted
Your personal worthiness pattern/s - and how they show up in your daily life
Space to reflect and connect with others who get it
A set of simple shifts to take forward with you

What you’ll receive:
60-minute live workshop via Zoom
Your personalised worthiness report (sent after the session)
Reflective exercises to support your growth
An optional invitation to continue with follow-up workshops or 1:1 coaching

Who it's for:
This session is designed specifically for gay men who are ready to stop performing for approval, and start reconnecting with their real sense of self-worth.
Whether you’ve done this kind of work before or this is your first step, you’re welcome here.
