Annual General Meeting by West Midlands Police LGBT+ Network

Annual General Meeting.

At this meeting, the existing committee resigns and a new committee is formed based on elections held throughoug September.

This year, a new chair will also be elected.

This event is open to all members, allies and colleagues at West Midlands Police. Members of the LGBT+ Independent Advisory Group are also welcome to attend. A buffet will be provided owing to the time of day this event is taking place.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Please have your warrant card or staff ID available to gain entry to Lloyd House. If you do not work for West Midlands Police, please carry a form of photo ID with you - drivers licence or passport, or your employer issued ID card.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is on street parking at the side of Lloyd House, and discounted parking available at B4 Car Park for members; membership is free when you sign up online - Google B4 car park Birmingham for more details.

Lloyd House is a couple of minutes walk from Snow Hill station, Bull Street metro stop and St Chads metro stop. Grand Central and New Street station are a ten minute walk away.

What can I bring into the event?

Please avoid bringing large bags to the event, bag searching may be undertaken depending on the security state at the time.
