Book Launch: Champions of Equality: Trade Unions and LGBT rights in Britain

Creating, developing and sustaining an LGBT+ staff network is a challenging task. This interactive session is for anyone interested in organising, supporting or participating in a staff network, or who has a general interest in helping LGBT+ staff thrive in the workplace.

Participants will be able to share good practice from universities and other organisations. You will have time to think, plan and develop a bespoke and achievable action-plan to develop your staff network and make it sustainable.

The session will be delivered by Sean Russell, founder of Get Out Stay Out. He has worked with Stonewall, universities and employers on many LGBT+ employability projects.
