Please join Leadership Cohort 21 to discuss building LGBT+ capacity within the DBHIDS community. The purpose of this luncheon is to enable our collective systems to offer greater support and oversight to our provider networks, and ultimately better serve individuals who receive services.

Bring your lunch. Light refreshments will be served.

Objectives:

1. Present findings from the LGBT+ survey distributed in June.

2. Facilitate small group discussions to complement the results of the survey.

3. Develop next steps to present to executive leaders.

Audience: DBHIDS staff and those who have worked with DBHIDS staff. For example, Certified Peer Specialists, youth, Recovery Advocates, and interns.
