We'll meet for an informal social networking night the evening after the first day of the CIPD Learning and Development Show to connect, discuss and share good practice around creating an inclusive workplace and the contribution of the People Profession towards that.

You'll find out more about CIPD's pledge to make a positive difference in the working lives of LGBT+ people and about out internal journey to make CIPD an inclusive membership organisation!

We will be joined by attendees and speakers from the CIPD L&D Show as well as members of the CIPD LGBT+ & Friends Group.
