At the end of last year, We Create Space published its Insight Report 'DEI Insights & Trends in 2025' offering a hand-on perspective on DEI practices. This was produced following a series of facilitated discussions with DEI practitioners in the UK, representing diverse industries, organisational sizes, and identities.

These sessions provided a wide array of insights reflecting the lived realities, innovations, and resilience of DEI professionals. This report centres on five core themes, providing a roadmap for sustaining and advancing DEI in 2025 and beyond.
