What is Dive In?

A: Dive In is the international festival for diversity and inclusion in insurance.

Dive In is helping insurance get fit for the future, highlighting the business case for diverse and inclusive workplaces and providing practical ideas and inspiration for how to bring about positive change.

This year will see events in a record 27 countries, returning to global cities such as London, New York City, Zurich, and Bermuda, as well as new cities including Amman, Tokyo, Riyadh and São Paulo, between 25-27 September 2018.

This year there are themes such as mental health, modern families and carers and multi-generational workplaces to add to gender, LGBT, multicultural and workability. The themes are spread out across the 3 days so that each day there is something for everyone.

Our sponsors have organized an event that celebrates diversity.

Starting at 2pm, we will offer a 1 hour presentation on unconcious bias followed by a 1 hour diversity panel discussion.

At 4pm we welcome everyone to stay for golfing, drinks and appetizers at our Diversity Happy Hour Celebration.
