Then this event is perfect for you. We have gathered a panel of experts from the public, private and charity sector to come and answer your questions on Diversity and Inclusion – no topic is bared so hopefully we’ll be in for a lively debate.

Speakers:
Dr Jill Miller - D&I Public Policy Advisor, CIPD
Dr Jill Miller is the CIPD’s Policy Adviser for Diversity and Inclusion, supporting the development of more flexible and inclusive workplaces with fair and equal opportunity for everyone to access and progress in work. Her role is a combination of rigorous research and active engagement with policy makers, academics and practitioners to inform projects and shape thinking. She frequently presents on key people management issues, leads discussions and workshops, and is invited to offer comment to journalists.
Ori Chandler – Managing Director, OUTstanding
Ori is a dynamic leader and strategist with a passion for human rights, sustainable development and innovation. She manages OUTstanding’s network of corporate members, driving community engagement and network growth. She is passionate about delivering member value and progressing the LGBT+ and diversity agenda.
Ori’s professional background is in business strategy, stakeholder engagement and programme management. During her career she has enjoyed impactful roles within the global energy sector, management consultancy and, most recently, within the investment sector. She has pioneered a number of successful initiatives focused on gender diversity and leadership development including women’s networks and global engagement programmes for aspiring future leaders.
Ori is a trustee for University of East Anglia Student Union and is committed to driving welfare support, skill development and student empowerment. In her spare time, Ori is a keen aerialist and trains in silks and static trapeze.
