- Why/how do microagressions and racism play out within learning environments and what can we do to combat it?
- How can education providers work more intersectionally?
These are some of the questions this virtual conference seek to answer.
Come and join this free virtual conference, looking at race equity in education through an intersectional lens. The half day programme offers knowledge sharing panels and workshops.

Understanding how racism impact students and how racism shows up at school today.
o The role of implicit biases and what educators can do
o Practical tools for recognising and tackling own biases.
o Support educators to provide spaces where racism can be identified and challenged.
o Teach learners about racism and how they can identify it and respond to it.
o Embed in the curriculum the contributions of Black people consistently.
