Gurchaten Sandhu (He/They), Director of Programme at ILGA World, will provide insightful updates on regional developments and initiatives.

1:30 PM - The Embassy Model in Practice

Arlene McDermott (She/Her), Head of Business Management at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), shares insights into the practical application of the Embassy Model. This will be followed by a stimulating panel discussion featuring James McFazdean (He/Him) and other corporate organisations (TBC).

2:45 PM - Keynote Presentation: Asexuality Inclusion in Policies

Yasmin Benoit (She/Her), in partnership with Stonewall, presents the latest research findings on asexuality. Gain a deeper understanding of this often-overlooked aspect of human sexuality and its vital role in inclusive policies.

3:05 PM - Keynote Presentation: Trans and Non-Binary in SWANA

Bobbi Pickard (She/Her), Founder of Trans in the City, sheds light on the experiences of trans and non-binary individuals in the SWANA (Southwest Asia and North Africa) region.

3:25 PM - Workshop: Navigating Intersex at Work

Inclusion of People with Diverse Sex Characteristics (A SOGIESC Approach) by Anick Soni (He/Him). This workshop offers invaluable insights into understanding intersex within a SOGIESC framework. Explore strategies to integrate inclusivity and protection for individuals with intersex variations, particularly in regions where LGBTIQA+ communities face criminalisation.
