EmpowAIR is a new cyber trans*feminist & afro-futurist festival

The festival is designed to showcase female, trans* and gender non-conforming people of colour in the arts, music and (sustainable) fashion industries; with the intention of providing a space for people to learn about social inequality and empower marginalized bodies by acknowledging their values as artists and create a space for them to grow as a community creatively.

EmpowAIR will take the form of a one-day music, performance and digital art festival;
- secular internet rituals
- one panel discussion on femininity and femmephobia;
- a digital art exhibition: Re:Take Future 
- sustainable fashion and fashion-tech experiences
- 7 music shows by female identifying artists as well as 
- a voguing flash workshop
