The opportunity to elect new committee officers has arisen as due to personal circumstances the Chair and Vice-Chair of the group will be standing down.

The required process to ensure that the group remains properly constituted is to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) as soon as possible where nominations and confirmations can take place.

This meeting is for all members, and those intetrested in joining the group, to attend and elect the new committee. Any expressions of interest for any officer position should be directed to [email protected]
