Join the Austin LGBT Bar Association for a fascinating CLE on the "Gay and Trans Panic Defenses."

Speakers will discuss historical and legal frameworks of gay and trans panic defenses, with an emphasis on the ethical concerns regarding criminal defense attorneys using these defenses. Speakers include prosecutor and criminal defense attorneys on the recent Spencer/Miller case in Austin, which (depending on your perspective) included or did not include a gay panic defense.
