This training will cover the following:

- Myth busting around HIV and AIDS

- Defining what HIV and AIDS are, how the HIV virus works and how treatment works

- Exploring the history and origins of HIV

- Exploring how HIV-related stigma operates and the lived reality of living with HIV

- Examining pregnancy and childbirth whilst living with HIV

- The role of HIV and criminality/crime

This is an accessible, interactive and lively workshop and is ideal for those who know little to nothing about HIV in the United Kingdom.

A certificate for the CV will be given to those who attend the full event. This training is limited to 50 people and is on a first come and first served basis.
