We have seen so much advancement in trans* inclusion in the workplace, and we are very happy to be at the centre of so much change.

 

One area that is still lacking is trans-inclusive private healthcare provision.  More businesses are currently rethinking their health care packages for trans* employees and we are very keen to see more organisations extend their healthcare plans for trans* employees.
