Fifteen years on from the Equality Act, when concerns for the rights of LGBTQ+ people are being described as ‘woke’ or ‘snowflake’ on social media, it is increasingly important that those in a position to influence LGBTQ+ inclusion can back up their arguments with credible research at all levels of organisational debate.

During this brief Lunchtime Learning session, Pride UK Policy Director, Jim Glennon, previously responsible for managing research into LGBTQ+ inclusion at the LGBTQ+ Charity Opening Doors, highlights key research findings of the last decade helpful in making the case for strengthening LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace and enhancing the wellbeing of all.
