This women/non binary dj workshop is hosted by Intervention. Intervention is a project started by the artist Ifeoluwa to provide a safe space to learn and express through djing focussing specifically on lesser represented people within the dance music industry. In her own words.....

"Intervention DJ Workshops started as a reaction to the white, male, straight and able-bodied dominated dance music industry in 2016 by Ifeoluwa. Empowering ALL women, non-binary individuals, people of colour, LGBT+, those with different abilities and the neurodivergent to be able to express themselves musically. By equipping these
demographics, we have been able to counteract gatekeeping within the scene and open up spaces where people can be unapologetically themselves. Our workshops are free and will always remain free so that
inclusivity is as the forefront of what we do."
