LBTQWomen Lesbian Visibility Week Event is a community-led gathering for LGBTQ+ women, non-binary people, and allies.

Now in its third year, it brings together 200+ people for a full day of panels, marketplace, and celebration — intentionally built for a community that is too often sidelined, even within LGBTQ+ spaces.

A curated selection of businesses run and led by lesbian and queer women.

To take part, businesses must be listed (or eligible to be listed) in the OUTCompanies Directory.

This is about visibility, connection, and showing up for each other.

At 4:30pm, the Marketplace Mash Up brings every vendor into the spotlight — a chance for each business to introduce themselves to the whole room, share their story, and tell us the problem they’re here to solve.
