• Business to business peer support, including help for organisations in setting up a LGBT+ staff network.

• Establish a CSR funding pot for LGBT+ community groups.

• Development and administration of a city-wide LGBT+ inclusive ‘service charter mark’.

• Practical and professional advice and support for LGBT+ communities and organisations.
