The aims of this workshop are:

⦁ to create a general understanding of LGBT+ issues, challenges and terminology
⦁ to create an awareness of mental health issues in the LGBT+ community 
⦁ to create awareness of services available
⦁ to explore a need for supports and services
⦁ to facilitate maximum learning and understanding through Q&A

Collette O’Regan is the Training Coordinator with LGBT Ireland. Collette has worked on LGBT+ awareness-raising and advocacy since the 1990s in Ireland and abroad.
