LGBT@Work's Business Networking Forum will kick off with a robust panel of HR Professionals discussing research based corporate best practices in LGBT Diversity. This will be followed by a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Workshop led by a subject matter expert from South Africa, an Entrepeneural Workshop led by the founder of StartOut, the national organization for LGBT entrepreneurs in the United States, a personal testimony from a young professional and previously closeted lesbian, who used her coming out process to create Nielsen's first European LGBT Network, and wrap up with a presentation by the founders of myGwork, an online recruitment and networking platform for LGBT professionals and graduates. 

The Business Networking Forum was designed specially for international students and corporations/organizations whising to reach a target audience. This new section of the conference allows for our speakers and corporate partnering organizations to have more direct contact with graduating students transitioning into leadership positions in the working world.
