We aim to build our knowledge and confidence in developing an LGBTQ-affirmative approach to our work.

This online chat is free to attend and anyone who considers themselves a professional working with LGBTQ+ folk in South Wales is welcome.

Although there is no such thing as a stupid question, outright hostility will not be tolerated. We want a safe space to grow.

This is facilitated by Gwilym Roberts who has been supporting LGBTQ+ communities and individuals for decades as a counsellor, youth worker, sexual health promoter, trainer and group facilitator.

Gwilym works for Calan DVS facilitating the Myriad Programme, and 8-week recovery programme for LGBTQ+ survivors of domestic abuse. We are happy to take referrals.
