En el marco del Día lnternacional contra la LGTBIfobia en el deporte, myGwork y Compete Proud presentan el evento Olímpicxs y la campaña #JuguemosEnIgualdad, que busca unir e impulsar los valores del deporte, como son el esfuerzo, superación personal o trabajo en equipo, con los valores que aporta la diversidad e inclusión LGBTQ+ en el lugar de trabajo. Este evento cuenta con el impulso de Haleon, que a través de una de sus marcas más reconocidas: Voltadol, refuerza su compromiso con la diversidad LGBTQ+. Por su parte, The Social Hub Madrid colabora en este evento como espacio de referencia en el centro de Madrid que impulsa la diversidad en todos sus campos, siendo un espacio de encuentro entre los integrantes de esta comunidad internacional de nómadas y profesionales de todo el mundo.

El evento contará con un panel moderado por el director de cine, creador y host de "Sabor a Queer", David Velduque; y con la participación de la deportista paralímpica y referente LGTBQ+, Gema Hassen-Bey; el deportista olímpico y fundador de Compete Proud, Javier Raya y Miguel Ángel Rodríguez, integrante del ERG (Employee Resources Group, por sus siglas en inglés) de Haleon.
