This event, brought to you in collaboration with Freedom Youth Bristol, will provide a platform for people from the LGBTQ+ community to speak openly about their mental health and well being. It will be provide time and space to create and innovate in how we as a community can support others and support ourselves. Freedom Youth, part of Off The Record, is a gender and sexuality project for young people who identify as LGBTQ+, which stands for lesbian, gay, bi, trans, questioning or queer, and the ‘+’ includes other diverse identities (such as asexual, demi gender, non-binary, pansexual, etc) and those questioning their gender, sexuality or both. Freedom Youth is supported by a team of friendly and knowledgeable LGBTQ+ youth support workers and works with young people aged 13-25, offering both one-to-one and group work.
