'Out at Work': Transgender policies, best practices, and success stories

Join us for an evening of networking and education with refreshments and hors d’oeuvres

‘Out At Work’ provides insight and education to help companies promote the inclusion, support and recruitment of transgender and gender non-conforming employees.

This year’s summit will feature:

  • A ‘state of the industry’ of where Trans rights are, have come from, and where they’re going
  • A panel of HR managers representing a cross section of industries
  • An analysis of the costs and benefits of including trans health care in your benefit packages
  • Personal stories of triumph and loss
  • All hosted by the international award winning speaker and corporate trainer, Gina Grahame

Who should attend:

‘Out at Work’ is designed for all who work with, or want to support, trans employees including senior management, HR, recruiters, team leaders, and allies.  We are expecting representatives from over 50 companies to be in attendance, so register early to reserve your seat. The event is open to the public and all can attend. In-fact, bring a friend!

If you would like to reserve a tabletop at the event for your organization, would like to help shape the program or for general inquiries on the event, please contact Jeremy Laurin ([email protected])

Hosted by:

Pacific Gas and Electric Company's PrideNetwork Employee Resource Group
in partnership with: Gina Grahame Presents, The SF LGBT Center and the Transgender Law Center
