OUT Patients! LGBT People Improving Healthcare

This special event is for all LGBT people who want to help play a role in continuing to improve the health care of our communities throughout Greater Manchester.

At the event we will be sharing:

• Current reach of our Pride in Practice programme in working with primary care services that are demonstrating excellence in LGBT healthcare around the region.
• Findings of our LGBT Patient Survey 2017.
• Discussing what still needs to be achieved as far as LGBT Inclusion in primary care.
• Sharing our experiences of what good primary care means to us all.
