About Outright's OutLoud SocialThon:

• What is an Outright SocialThon: A SocialThon is an opportunity for Outright volunteers and supporters to come together, learn about Outright’s work around the world, engage in active social promotion, and amplify LGBTIQ issues.
  
  
• Why a SocialThon: Visibility matters and Outright wants volunteers and people interested in learning about Outright to come together for a virtual event. Having multiple people posting at the same time about Outright while using the same hashtag will create a positive activity on social channels that boosts reach and engagement. This SocialThon will also help amplify issues the LGBTIQ global movement and communities everywhere face.
  
  
• How it will work: Our SocialThon will guide participants through a description of Outright’s work, give them the opportunity to engage by supplying an in-depth toolkit with content to share on social media, and create the space for participants to share with the world why they personally support Outright’s work and equality for LGBTIQ people globally.
