Parenting with HIV

HIV doesn't define a parent's power to LOVE.

#endHIVstigma

We believe that a parent's power to love is not defined by their HIV status, and that being HIV+ should not be a barrier to having a family.

We are launching an anti-stigma campaign on 1st Dec (World AIDS Day) which will look to challenge stereotypes and provide useful, up to date resources, to those with HIV who are looking to start a family.

To mark the launch of this campaign we're hosting a unique panel event Thurs 30th Nov. Our event will consist of two panel discussions and explore –

1. The emotional aspects of becoming a ‘positive parent’ from the perspectives of real HIV+ parents

2. The medical and legal considerations surrounding adoption and surrogacy for ‘positive parents’, from the perspective of industry experts

The panels will be followed by the opportunity to network with other attendees.
