Older trans people face challenges that differ significantly from lesbian, gay and bisexual people’s experiences. These can include physical spaces such as gendered facilities, to direct discrimination, harassment and public violence. This full day course enables frontline staff to better understand gender identity issues and build greater confidence in the provision of health, care and support services for older trans people.
