In a time where technology has an increasingly central role in our work life, a large part of our professional and human relations are mediated through a digital platform, such as email or messenger. This sets new demands to our capacities to practice empathy and constructive communication in working environments where we are physically detached from each other, and particularly in conflict situations. This Meetup explores how we can adapt healthy communication, empathy and conflict resolution practices to working efficiently with each other and maintain efficient and happy relations.
