How to Nail A Chatbot Experience

Conversational AI (e.g. chatbots) is probably here to stay, but the solutions aren't the overnight revolution some thought they would be - they are still synonymous with unsatisfactory and frustrating conversations. So while they DO have the potential of allowing us to interact with our devices in a more 'human' ways, and they DO appeal to brands and producers – they're hard to do, right! A successful conversational solution needs to have the users’ need and context in mind, as well as an eye on the data available. This Meetup will thus run you through how we’re creating engaging and attentive conversational experiences, and will give an introduction to why conversational design is the key to unlocking successful language-based solutions! Expect hands-on exercises that take the participants through the process of creating a conversational experience with the user and the machine in mind will also be part of the program.
