Me and the Algorithmic ‘Other’

Google does it. Facebook does it. Instagram does it. They all use algorithms to prioritize, filter and sort information. What does that mean for us users when algorithms seem to have figured us out? This event combines hands-on exercises with abstract philosophical discussions as we set to explore social media algorithms through the lens of "otherness". You will be put to work, so bring a laptop or smartphone!
