Do you actually know how to hire tech talent? The tech industry is still male dominated. Whether we like it or not technology is the future and we badly need a female perspective in creating it. Over the past years companies and organizations increasingly invest time and resources in teaching women coding, tech job interview skills, confidence, leadership etc., but who is teaching the companies how to hire the right female tech talents? This Meetup invites Founders, CEOs and recruiters to challenge their own approaches to tech talents as we put companies and female tech talents in a panel to confront stereotypes in tech.
