We are planning intriguing talks and lots of time for conversation.
Our goal is to facilitate the conversation between people who are pushing the boundaries of what is possible, people who are starting their exploration into the field and people who are not in tech but are wondering how it will affect them.

Your Speakers
Kelsey Morgan is a specialist in intellectual property, based in Birmingham, UK.
Educated at the University of Liverpool and Queen Mary, University of London, she has built a diverse career spanning start-ups, national law firms, international charities, and higher education institutions.
Kelsey is now the founder of Lawful Creators, a UK-based consultancy dedicated to helping creatives and entrepreneurs safeguard their intellectual property.
She has delivered talks and taken part in events across the UK, with organisations such as Black Tech Fest, OneTech, and the International Women's Festival among those she has collaborated with. Kelsey brings energy, clarity, and passion to every engagement, sharing her expertise in intellectual property, entrepreneurship, and business in a way that resonates with a wide range of audiences.
Raga D'silva is the CEO and Co-Founder of OUTspoken Speakers, the UK’s first speaker agency dedicated to amplifying the voices of queer women and non-binary individuals. She is an award-winning entrepreneur, author of Untold Lies, writer, TEDx speaker, podcast host, and a passionate LGBT+ activist, particularly within the South Asian community in the UK and India.
A leading voice in the fight for marriage equality in India, Raga has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Trailblazing LGBT+ Women. Her advocacy work has been featured on major media platforms including BBC, Sky News, ITV, Channel 4, NDTV, India Today, BBC Hindi, and various regional language networks, where she continues to champion LGBTQ+ rights on a global scale.
She is also the Co-Producer and host of The Views Room Podcast, which recently launched its third season Older Queer Voices Podcast, focusing on the voices and experiences of older queer individuals.
Chimmy Kalu is a multidisciplinary designer with a foundation in software engineering and nearly two decades of experience crafting digital products that people love.
She started as a consultant software engineer before transitioning into design about 12 years ago. This blend of technical and design expertise allows her to deliver impactful solutions efficiently, empowering teams to iterate quickly and effectively.
Currently, Chimmy is working as a Staff Product Designer at Triptease where she leads the design of scalable B2B products that increase hoteliers' direct revenue. Her role involves strategic decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry's unique challenges.
Beyond this role, she engages in selective freelance projects, assisting founders and startups in identifying and developing MVPs that resonate with their target audiences. Her approach is grounded in rapid-prototyping, user-centric design, and strategic thinking.
She's also passionate about mentoring and upskilling design teams. Through workshops, 1:1 sessions, and her newsletter 'love+design,' Chimmy shares insights from her design career, what she's building, as well as products and experiences she loves. Her LinkedIn Learning courses ('Sketch Essentials' and 'Practical Accessibility') have been well-received, with learners praising their clarity and applicability.
