LGBT+ human rights vigil to demand the decriminalisation of same-sex acts in the 37 Commonwealth countries that outlaw LGBT+ people. It takes place outside the HQ of the Commonwealth Secretariat - when all the LGBT+ delegates from across the Commonwealth will be in London – and when the Commonwealth summit is in progress.
