*Sopa de elote : corn, poblano, cream

Main and Sides:

*Vegetarian stuffed poblano peppers with creamy cilantro sauce: soyrizo, sweet potato, white cheddar
*Traditional pork carnitas: cinnamon, orange, clove
*Hatch green chile enchiladas: shredded chicken, monterey jack
*Mexican shrimp and grits: white shrimp, creamy polenta, poblano sauce
*Refried pinto beans spanish rice
