InterEngineering Midlands and National Grid are pleased to announce that we are partnering to deliver a workshop on supporting transgender employees; particularly those who are actively transitioning at work.

Many of the resources that currently exist for best-practice management of transgender people are now a number of years old and we believe that a new resource is required. In particular, there is a lack of resource for helping non-binary people.

This workshop is an opportunity for trans people, HR professionals, LGBT+ Networks and other interested parties to shape best practice in supporting transgender staff.
