We Create Space are continuing to hold spaces for dialogue for our community to connect, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversations about fostering belonging and understanding.
In November, we held a 'space for dialogue' community event to reflect & share on how we navigate emotions, fear & relationships in light of the recent US election results. We agreed that we would provide a follow-up space for attendees to check-with themselves & each other following the transition of power in US government.
Whether you attended the previous session or not, all are welcome to join, including those with family, friends & colleagues in the US anyone impacted by the rise in far-right sentiment & policy rollbacks globally.
The session will in
- A recap of the last session & why holding space for dialogue matters - Breakout discussions
- Shared tools & practices for creating space where everyone can feel valued and heard
Our WCS 'space for dialogue' sessions are centred around community building in action as we come together for collective learning & sharing experiences, ideas & values.
Let’s create spaces that reflect our best selves and hold space for all voices.
This session will be facilitated by Nancy Di Dia (she/her) alongside Jon-Paul Vicari (he/him), Managing Director for We Create Space.
PLEASE NOTE | By registering for this event, all attendees must agree to listen & engage in open dialogue without debating opinions or views.
We are keen to hold space for all - in line with WCS values.
