Women to the top: how solidarity will lead to gender diversity

This time, our popular half-yearly women’s event will be focused on exchanging powerful ideas, networking and offering tools to help women advance their career and reduce the gender gap.

Did you know that only a fifth of new executive board members in Switzerland are women and that the total share of women in executive boards is still only at 8%?

To support our cause, we have attracted two amazing keynotes: Nicole Pieterse – Global HR Director of SwissRe and Raymond Palmen – Board Member and expert on Inclusion and Diversity. Both will use their unique perspectives to inspire women to help and support each other within the workforce. They will explain how gender diversity leads to access to a bigger talent pool, a reputation as a more attractive employer for skilled people and to having more motivated employees.

Our sponsor, topvrouwen.nl has awarded us with 60 (Dutch) books about talented women in the boardroom which we will proudly give away during the event. And to top it all off, we will also inform you of many other tools that are available to women in the Swiss market which will help advance or (re)start your career!
