Trigger warning: Discussions around caregiving
At L&C, we know that many of our colleagues balance their careers with the responsibility of caring for others. This may be as a primary or secondary caregiver for a child, partner, parent, relative to name a few. Care looks different for everyone, and we want to create a culture where every colleague feels supported, understood and able to thrive both at work and at home.
What is Caring Out Loud?
The Caring Out Loud project came from our We Belong DE&I group and shares our commitment to recognising, valuing and celebrating the role of caregivers within L&C.
It’s about making the invisible visible, bringing everyday caring responsibilities into the open so colleagues feel safe to share what’s on their plate, and supported to balance both work and home.
